A healthcare provider, facility, or other equipment owner remains responsible for its own instrument inspection, reprocessing, tracking, regulatory obligations, and determination of fitness for intended use.

MEDXSURGE is an independent repair provider. Manufacturer names, model numbers, product-family names, and marks may appear only to identify equipment that MEDXSURGE may evaluate or service. They belong to their respective owners. MEDXSURGE does not represent that it is OEM-authorized, manufacturer-affiliated, or approved unless it states a specific, verifiable relationship in writing.
4. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Website's text, design, graphics, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MEDXSURGE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
